Store Janitor Caught Drinking Brewskies on the Job

It's not known why Yoke's Grocery janitor decided to drink his employer's beer instead of doing his job, but that's what he did and it was all caught on tape. 54-year old, Harold D. Mitchell was detained Monday by loss prevention staff after a review of the nighttime security video was done to discover why the janitorial work wasn't being completed.

Loss prevention staff reported they saw Mitchell taking beers from a loading dock storage area on numerous occasions. It was estimated he had stolen and consumed $104 worth of beer during his shifts from July 6th to the 25th.

Backyard Treasures

Backyard Treasures

I've got plans to hit up the neighborhood park this weekend and you should too if you live near Pine River Park. If you don't, it's worth checking out anyway.

We discovered the quaint park along the Little Spokane River when we moved North about a year and a half ago. It's perfect for a quick afternoon splash in the water, playing in the sand, and might I add... people watching.

The county park has been there a long time. It's nothing new, but it is something special.
