Rash Of Garage Fires Not A Serial Arsonist, Investigators Say

Rash Of Garage Fires Not A Serial Arsonist, Investigators Say

Five garages have burned in North Spokane in the past two weeks as part of a rash of garage fires.  Investigators now believe four of the five fires were intentionally set.

The latest fire was Monday night in the 1400 block of North Wall.  No one was hurt in that fire.

Investigators said they don't think the same person started each fire.  That means there could be as many as four arsonists involved in the rash of fires.

The fires were all set at different times in different areas of town on different days of the week.
