Elderly woman shoots at 'burglar'
An elderly woman thought she heard someone in her house Monday morning, so she fired a shot.
It happened around 6 a.m. on the 2900 block of East Longfellow Avenue in North Spokane. The 89-year-old woman woke up, thinking there was someone in her house, grabbed her pistol and shot it.
Police responded and said they don't think anyone was in her house.
