Man carjacked by drug dealer trying to buy pot | News

Spokane police said they are looking for a dealer who carjacked a man during a drug deal Tuesday morning.

According to police, a man met up with the drug dealer at Maple Avenue and Everett Street� just before 4 a.m. Tuesday to buy marijuana.

The drug dealer got into the man's car, pulled out a gun and told the man to get out of his car. The suspect then got into the driver's seat and took off.

The victim ran to a neighbor's house on the 5300 block of North Maple Avenue to call police.

According to police, the stolen car is a 2005 gray Kia Spectra. The suspect is a man in his 20s.
