Spokane Police Find Missing Teen | News

Spokane Police have found a developmentally disabled boy after a brief search Friday morning.

Skylar Kessler was found on an STA bus just before 10 a.m.

Kessler, who is 13-years-old but functions at the level of an 8-year-old, was discovered missing when his mother woke up this morning.

His mother told police he was gone when she woke up this morning so he could be wearing his pajamas.
